FEMA

The FEMA Emergency Management Institute is the emergency management community’s flagship training institution, and provides training to Federal, State, local, tribal, volunteer, public, and private sector officials to strengthen emergency management core competencies for professional, career-long training.

ATEX

ATEX is an individually-owned supplier in the cleaning and restoration industry. Headquartered in Houston, ATEX offers remediation supplies, cleaning/restoration products and equipment, and IICRC-certified training courses. ATEX is known as the sole source for IICRC-certified training courses in Texas.

AEHS

Based in San Antonio, AEHS provides environmental, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety training and consulting services to private industries, city municipalities, abatement firms, military installations, school districts, and hospitals. AEHS offers training in various disciplines such as asbestos, lead, mold, OSHA, and hazardous waste.

Texas Department of Insurance

The Texas Department of Insurance regulates the state’s insurance industry. Texas Insurance Code requires TDI to:
Regulate the business of insurance in Texas.
Protect and ensure the fair treatment of consumers.
Ensure fair competition in the insurance industry to foster a competitive market.
Administer the Texas’ workers’ compensation system as provided by the Texas Labor Code.
Ensure that the insurance code and other laws regarding insurance and insurance companies are executed.

The Clean Trust

For a period, the IICRC was known as the Clean Trust, an ANSI-accredited standards setting body for the flooring inspection, floor covering and specialized fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration industries. The Clean Trust also served as a consumer referral source for Certified Firms and Inspectors.

IICRC

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization whose mission is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries. The IICRC was founded in 1972. Since then, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 60,000 active Certified Technicians around the world.
